The Resilience name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Resilience or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resilience and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@resilienceapp.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
If we can't resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
