If you're on the paywall screen, tap "Already purchased? Restore" button. The app will check with Apple and restore your unlimited access automatically. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

How accurate is the AI?
Our AI model is trained on thousands of baby cries and provides suggestions based on common patterns. However, every baby is unique, and accuracy varies. This is NOT a medical device. Use it as a helpful guide, not a diagnosis. Always trust your parental instincts and consult a doctor when needed.

What cry types can it detect?
The app identifies 5 common cry types:
  • Hungry: Regular, rhythmic crying
  • Tired: Whiny, continuous crying
  • Pain/Discomfort: High-pitched, intense crying
  • Needs Burping: Fussy after feeding
  • General Discomfort: Irritable, unsettled
USAGE
Why isn't the app detecting the cry?
Try these tips:
  • Record in a quiet environment (minimal background noise)
  • Hold your phone 1-2 feet from the baby
  • Record for at least 10-15 seconds
  • Make sure your baby is actively crying (not just fussing)
  • Check that microphone permissions are enabled in Settings

Is my baby's cry data stored or uploaded?
No! All analysis happens on your device using Apple's CoreML. Your baby's cries are NEVER uploaded, stored on servers, or shared. Everything stays private on your iPhone/iPad. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No! The AI analysis works completely offline. You only need internet for the initial download and in-app purchase. After that, it works anywhere, even in airplane mode.

Baby Cry Analyzer works on:
  • iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later
  • iPad running iOS 15.0 or later
We recommend iOS 16+ for the best experience.

The app crashes or freezes. What should I do?
Try these steps:
  1. Force quit the app and reopen
  2. Restart your device
  3. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store
  4. Check if you have enough storage space (need ~50MB free)
  5. If still having issues, email us with your device model and iOS version

I deleted the app. Can I use my 3 free trials again?
No. The free trial counter is stored in iOS Keychain (which survives app deletion) to prevent abuse. If you've already purchased unlimited access, use the "Restore Purchases" button to get it back.

Yes! If you purchased unlimited access, you can restore it on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. The free trial (3 uses) is per device.
